Acceptance of terms
By using Sweet City Candy you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the site.
Products and pricing
All prices are in US dollars. We may change prices or discontinue products without notice. Product descriptions and photographs are for guidance — packaging and presentation change frequently in this trade, and what arrives may differ slightly in appearance from what is pictured.
Stock counts on this site come from our warehouse system. We do our best to keep them exact, but if something sells out between your order and our picking it, we will contact you and refund that item.
Payment
We accept card payment through Square. Card details are entered into fields hosted by Square and never reach our servers. By paying you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.
Shipping and delivery
Shipping is priced on the actual weight of your order and its destination, and the exact figure is shown before you enter any payment details. Free collection is available from our Hauppauge warehouse. Delivery estimates are estimates: once a parcel is with the carrier, its timing is theirs. Full shipping details.
Returns and refunds
All sales are final. We sell food and consumable products and cannot accept returns for reasons of food safety. That is not a no-questions-asked policy — if an order arrives damaged, incorrect, incomplete or not as described, we will put it right.
Wholesale and resale
We sell to businesses and to the public. If you are buying for resale and your order is delivered in New York, you are responsible for holding a valid New York Certificate of Authority and for giving us accurate details when we ask. Claiming an exemption you are not entitled to is your liability, not ours.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site to break the law, to interfere with its operation, or to extract its contents automatically at a scale that affects other customers.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
