Free local pickup
Order online, collect at the warehouse. There is no charge for pickup and no minimum. We will email you when your order is ready.
Local truck delivery
Within roughly 20 miles of the warehouse we deliver on our own truck for a flat $24.00. The option appears at checkout automatically when your ZIP qualifies.
Standard shipping
Everywhere else in the United States goes by USPS Ground Advantage. We charge what the carrier charges plus handling — no flat fee that quietly overcharges nearby customers to subsidise distant ones.
Because it is priced on real weight, the cost depends on what is in your basket as well as where it is going. The exact figure is shown at checkout before you enter any payment details. As a guide:

How quickly it goes out
Orders placed on a business day before 2:00 PM are usually picked the same day. We email tracking as soon as the parcel leaves the building.
Wholesale and resale
We sell to both the trade and the public. If you are buying for resale and your order is delivered in New York, we will ask you at checkout and collect your Certificate of Authority number afterwards — once, not on every order.
