Orders ship from our Hauppauge, NY warehouse by UPS or USPS ground, usually the next business day. Most of the Northeast arrives a day after that; the West Coast takes four to five business days. Checkout shows your dates once you enter your address.
We charge what the carrier charges plus handling — no flat fee that quietly overcharges nearby customers to subsidise distant ones.
Because it is priced on real weight, the cost depends on what is in your basket as well as where it is going. The exact figure is shown at checkout before you enter any payment details. As a guide:

Business resale and tax exemption
We sell to both the trade and the public. If you are buying for resale and your order is delivered in New York, we will ask you at checkout and collect your Certificate of Authority number afterwards — once, not on every order.

Yes. We serve both commercial trade clients and retail customers. If you are buying for resale with delivery in New York State, indicate tax exemption at checkout and provide your New York State Resale Certificate (Form ST-120) number.
