Where is the warehouse showroom located and when is it open?
Our facility is located at 40 Rabro Drive, Hauppauge, NY 11788. We are open to both the public and commercial trade Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM for order pickup and direct shopping.
How can I check on the status of my order?
You will automatically receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a tracking link when carrier shipping labels are printed. For status updates, reply directly to your order email or submit a message using the form above with your order number.
Can I pick up an online order at the warehouse?
Yes. Choose "Free Local Pickup" during checkout. Once our warehouse staff packs your order, we will email you that it is ready for collection during our standard hours (Mon-Fri 9 AM – 4 PM).
How do I place a bulk or tax-exempt business order?
For custom pallet orders, event candy bars, or tax-exempt New York resale orders, contact us through the form above or email suffolkcandy@gmail.com with your item list and NY State Resale Certificate (Form ST-120).
