Tootsie Roll has released Hoots, a bite-sized candy with a soft, chewy Tootsie Roll center and a thin candy shell. They come in chocolate, vanilla and fruit flavors.
The candymaker describes Hoots as a poppable, unwrapped confection that is portable for any on-the-go situation.
Hoots are currently available at select Walmart and Dollar Tree stores, with a nationwide release planned for 2027.
