Bean-to-bar chocolatier Askinosie Chocolate has launched a 65% dark chocolate bar in collaboration with ingredient producer Fly By Jing. The bar uses Fly By Jing's Sichuan Gold Oil along with Philippine cacao and organic brown rice.
Askinosie CMO and co-owner Lawren Askinosie says the bar took nearly a year of R&D and dozens of internal iterations to get the flavor balance right.
